NurtureConnect provides AI-augmented clinical operations services, including but not limited to:

• AI-enhanced healthcare workflow solutions
• Clinical capacity augmentation

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurtureConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to NurtureConnect in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NurtureConnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
